Our client has an immediate opening for Helpdesk / Desktop support Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Technician will be onsite at the client/customer site handling level 1 (Helpdesk) and level 2 (Desktop support) related tasks.
He/she should ensure the followings :
- Log and report issues in current incident management system
- Assign level 2 & level 3 issues to IT support staff
- Interact with users to trouble shoot and resolve desktop client related issues
- Support massive client deployment and upgrade
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in technical helpdesk support
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in desktop support
- Strong experience with Windows desktop and server O/S; MSCS/MSCE certified
- Strong application support experience with MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project and etc.
- Excellent communication skill
- Present personality and customer centric
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
